Hefei Zhenyu Engineering Machinery PLC, founded in 1992, is an enterprise specializing in developing and manufacturing of hydraulic excavators in High and New Technology Development zone in Hefei, Anhui Prov. China.
Zhenyu provides its customers with 3 series, 11 models of excavator, which includes crawler excavators, ZY210, ZY150, ZY80, ZY55, ZY35, ZY16, wheel excavators, ZYL160, ZYL80 and ZYL40, as well as amphibious excavators, ZYSL240 and ZYSL200. Among all the products, ZYL80 and ZYL160 wheel excavators are ranked as ”°three high”± popularizing program by Anhui Development and Reformation Committee. The well designed excavators are with both good performance and reliability, which is also guaranteed by the finely made engine, hydraulic components, axle, gearbox, which are all directly purchased from famous manufacturing enterprises like REXROTH, TOSHIBA and Cummins.
After years of hard work in developing and continuous improvement on the product, the existing equipment, processing control and inspection method fully comply with the national manufacturing regulations on excavators and allow annual production capacity of 1000 different types of excavators.
The company has passed the ISO9000 qualification. All of the products comply with specific standard and have obtained Manufacture License of Special Equipment from National Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision and CE certification for European market. Since 2005, the products have been sold to different countries in Europe.
